Hypnosis
Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness. It's as simple as that. Even the Egyptians were practising it two thousand years ago so it's been around for a long time.
Hypnotherapy: The Difference
Hynotherapy is simply using hypnosis safely and therapeutically:
The client is brought into a relaxed state of consciousness in hypnosis, a trance, if that's what is needed, so that he or she will be receptive to therapy. The client will always be in control throughout this process and he or she decides whether or not to make changes.
This treatment helps the client to feel more in control. The effect can be positively life changing.
Sessions
Sandy works with the client over a number of sessions, usually between three and six, to help bring about change.
A member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH), Sandy trained at The London College of Hypnosis (LCH).
