What is it?

CBH incorporates hypnotherapy and behavioural approach holding the view that we are affected not by difficult events in our lives, but by the way we look at them. We all have bad experiences, but we can learn to cope with them in a positive way. If we can accept that bad things happen we can learn to adjust and cope with them more effectively.

Sandy will help you to work out practical ways of dealing with the problem and using hypnosis to help bring about positive change. You will always be in control during hypnosis so that the change comes from you.
